I believe that becoming lastingly happier it’s up to us, and it requires making some permanent changes, commitment and effort every day of your life. It does take work and time, but it may be the most rewarding work you’ll ever do. Happiness is not about the size of your bank account; happiness is waking up every day and watching the tangerine sunrise; it is about having your loved ones around and enjoying your best moments with them; it is about dancing, joking and laughing yourselves silly. Happiness is about all these small details.
